Elisabeth Carmen Gmeiner is an independent producer, born in Austria and currently based in Oslo, Norway. She has been working professionally within the performing arts field since 2000. She holds an MA in Music Education from the University for Music and Performing Arts in Graz, Austria and has extensive studies in Production Management for Film, TV and Theatre from the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. Elisabeth is closely connected with the artists throughout their artistic process (from concept development to production) and helps establish an environment where the performers and artists can focus on their work. Through her work, she promotes artists, artist collectives and their work internationally, connecting them with the outside world, increasing their visibility and creating opportunities for them to perform. Since 2018, Elisabeth has been a regular guest teacher and mentor in Project Management at the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. |
